         TOWNSHIP ESTABLISHMENTS

         Extension 78 & 79
         •     Extension 78 – 15 stands
         •     Extension 79 – 27 stands
         •     All stands are zoned as Residential 1
         •     All the infrastructure has been completed by the developer and the City
            of Tshwane has issued the Certificate of Compliance for the Township
            Establishment
         Extension 80
         •     There are 17 stands zoned as Residential 1. The infrastructure is to be
            provided by the developer and it is estimated to take approximately
            three months.
         Extension 106
         •     The incorporation of Extension 106 as part of the Blue Valley Golf and
            Country estate is provided for as per the MOI (Portion 251) (a portion of
            Portion 2) of the farm Olievenhoutbosch.
         •     The MOI is to be updated to include reference of Extension 106 within
            the list of the extensions of the estate.
         •     Extension 106 consists of 15 stands to be zoned as Residential 1, and
            the developer will be providing an extended perimeter fence at his
            own cost.

         Extension 105 (known as Extension 40)
         •     The developer has applied to change the zoning of Extension 105
            from Business to Residential 1 stands. The Township Establishment is
            governed in terms of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality:
            Land Use Management By-laws as part of its Economic Development
            and Spatial Planning Division.

         •     The developer will provide details regarding the allocation of the
            required land for the proposed Haddington Gate Entrance.
