CREATIVE CORNER
Rag rug - This year I had left over pieces of T-shirt yarn
and wanted to use it instead of just throwing it out. I
learned how to make a rag rug without any needle and
thread. Having a great time with it, I made a rag rug for
my bedroom and a shower mat. It’s so colourful and it
brightens up the room…of course the cats love it too!
My Current ‘Something New’? How to do
netting to change my patio into a temporary
“catio” to sit outside on the stoep with my cats.
I’ll just unhook the netting when not in use!
What’s next? For me it’s a fruit/vegetable
hang mat! What do you have planned?
