Cromwell Dosini
CONTROLLER
Cromwell ‘s family originally came from Bizana in the Eastern
Cape but currently his wife and two daughters in their 20’s live
in Port Shepstone where his wife works for a printing company.
Cromwell supports soccer team Kaizer Chiefs and admits
to being very keen on watching movies in his spare time.
As a controller at the estate entrance Cromwell enjoys the
opportunity to interact and have good communications with
people. Thus, it is no surprise that, when thinking back on the
last 10 years at Cornwall Hill Estate, Cromwell remembers the
people – residents, past estate managers and colleagues – that
he met and built relationships with. He remembers his close
colleague, the late Patrick Minisi, with particular fondness.
Solly Malatji
CONTROLLER
Solly hails from the lush and tropical town of Tzaneen in the
Limpopo Province, where his mother still lives. He and his wife,
a nurse at Les Marais Hospital, and their teenage son have made
Soshanguve home to be closer to work. Solly is a keen gardener
in his spare time and also turns his hand to farming alongside his
brother who is a farmer. Over the 10 years that Solly has worked
at Cornwall Hill Estate, a highlight for him has been watching the
resident children grow from children, to teens, to young adults.
He says seeing them go from school uniform to moving away
to study at university and then back again as they start their
working careers has been rewarding and motivates him to help
his son to study hard that he may also progress in his future.
