CORNWALL HILL BLOCKHOUSE
HIDDEN IN
PLAIN SIGHT
It all started for me with a photocopy of a photograph showing the railway
bridge over the Hennops River at Irene; there were three blockhouses
alongside the railway bridge, on Aloe Koppie and on Cornwall Hill. I was
intrigued. Did traces of these blockhouses still exist?
