LONG SERVICE AWARDS
KARINA
COETZEE
20 years of service
Karina Coetzee was born in Centurion, Pretoria.
She is 63 years old and married, and her children
are a cat and a Dutch hound. Her hobbies include
painting, working in the garden and reading. One
of the greatest lessons learned in her 20 years
of service is that anything is possible through
kindness. She feels she has been blessed daily by
receiving kindness from residents.
Charl Kruger appointed Karina on 2 July 2002 as a
personal assistant for the access control and after a
few years, she was appointed as the receptionist at
the CCHOA in 2009, until present.
• With a heavy heart, the CHHOA announces
that Karina has decided to retire. They would like
to thank her for her loyal service over the past
20 years and wish her all the best in her future
endeavours.
ALFRED
MOGALE
20 years of service
Alfred Mogale was born on 1 January 1974. He has
been married for 31 years and has five children -
three girls and two boys, ranging in age from 11 to
29 years. He has resided in Atteridgeville since 1996
but is originally from Mooketsi, Polokwane.
Alfred was first employed in 2002, and was
responsible for ad hoc building projects around
the estate and maintenance of the entrance’s
booms. As his years of service progressed, Alfred
became more involved with irrigation installation
and worked his way up to oversee maintenance
staff. His current duties include plumbing, welding,
building, paving and tree felling, where needed.
During his 20 years of service to the CHHOA, Alfred
can remember one of the highlighted projects he
was involved with and is very proud of; this was
the erecting of lights on the boundary wall. In his
free time, he continues with small projects such as
laying paving.
His aim is to continue his exemplary work at
Cornwall Hill Estate for many years to come.
