GOOD TIMES IN THE PRECINCT

The new year arrived with its usual whirlwind, and I think many
of us are still catching our breath. As we settle into the rhythm
of a new year, I’d like to take a moment to wish everyone a
wonderful 2025.

With the Dainfern community back in full swing, this edition
brings a closer look at what’s in store for the months ahead.

We feature insights from Geraldine Harris, CEO of the HOA,
who shares her goals and vision for the estate. I also had the
opportunity to sit down with Sylvia Eppel, a remarkable woman
in STEM who took a bold step away from a career in medicine to
pursue her true passion—teaching maths and science.
In addition, we explore the ongoing collaboration between
the Broadacres Development Association and the Fourways
Improvement District, shedding light on their collective efforts
to enhance and support our greater community.
