ow in its fifth year, the Good Life Show
serves as a significant trade event
that supports small businesses in the
Nsectors of sustainable lifestyle, wellness
and plant-based organics. This support is vital as
the wellness and conscious living industries are
currently experiencing a worldwide boom.

The show takes place in Cape Town from 30 May to
1 June at the Cape Town International Convention
Centre, and in Johannesburg at the Kyalami
International Convention Centre from 1-3 August
2025. The event brings together anyone interested
in food, health, wellness and conscious living, as
well as trade professionals from the retail and food
service sectors.

It offers a platform for visitors to connect with
industry leaders, small businesses and established
brands, all showcasing high quality products. The
Good Life Show has evolved into a key event that
supports businesses focused on plant-based
products, natural and organic goods, sustainable
living, health, wellness, fitness, beauty and
personal care.
It is also a platform designed to give small
businesses the exposure they need, offering an
opportunity for them to connect, network and
collaborate with peers and industry leaders. Trade
