WINE FAIR AT THE CLUB

The opportunity to sample

superb wines at the Fourways
Gardens Wine Fair is the
perfect antidote for the stress
of every-day life!

ith three farms presenting,
there was an abundance of
wines to sample, and we
Wthank Bon Courage, Glen
Carlou and Lanzerac for their generous
tastings!

Nicky from Bon Courage brought their
top-of-the-line Inkara Shiraz, which was
not originally intended to be on offer,
and many would agree it was a great last-
minute addition to the already popular
Bon Courage line up.

Michael presented Lanzerac wines, which
similarly won some devotees previously
unfamiliar with their wines.

However, Glen Carlou was the best-on-
show, and Pieter’s engaging presentation
of their wines kept more than a few
spellbound. Determined to impress,
Pieter even demonstrated a sabrage* to
much fanfare and excitement!

Tyson properties sponsored the
musician, and Jacques Lagesse was
back at Fourways Gardens to keep us all
entertained throughout the afternoon.

Starting this month, The Club will also
offer selected wines by the bottle in the
restaurant, from each month’s tastings.
