MONTHLY DRAW – BACK AFTER TWO YEARS!

e hosted our first Monthly
Draw in nearly two years
on 25 March at The Club! It
Wwas wonderful to see the
children’s excitement for the Kids’ Lucky
Draw – as well as when they offered to help
pick balls for the adult draw.

We wish to thank Jade from Century 21
for making the evening so special for our
residents. The lucky draw prize winners
were very impressed with the gifts from
Century 21, as was our junior VIP! Ironically,
two lucky draw winners and the main cash
prize winner (who was not in attendance)
all live in Karob Crescent!

Lucky Draw Winners:

Mark Human – 13 Karob Crescent

The cash prize for the March draw is R6 000.

We wish to thank Century 21 for sponsoring
this fun evening in the estate. It takes place
in The Club on the last Friday monthly!

All homeowners are automatically entered
for the cash prize, but you have to be there
to claim your prize. Anyone in attendance
on the night can win the lucky draw prizes!

Thanks to The Club team for arranging live
music for The Monthly Draw and enabling
our residents to enjoy a lovely environment
to wind down the month!
