ESTATE, GETTING INTO THE
FESTIVE SPIRIT!
On Saturday, 25 November our community came together to officially
start the festive celebrations!
he children met under the
tennis gazebo in Phase 2, and
each received a party pack
Tand a Christmas hat. Darin the
magician was the first act for the day,
and he entertained them and their
parents alike! For 45 minutes they were
spellbound by the funny guy who made
jokes, performed magic and even brought
Rudolph the puppet along.
As the show concluded, a faint bell was
heard in the distance and the little people
started looking for the source. There
was great excitement when Santa was
spotted walking down a path in the park.
The children ran up to meet him and they
couldn’t wait for their turn to sit on his lap
and tell them how good they have been
this past year.
To make the wait a bit more bearable, the
kids were treated to cookie decorating
and each one received a kit that included
a biscuit, icing and sprinkles. Very
messy, but delicious and so much fun!
Even though we had temperatures of
36 degrees Celsius on the day, the little
people waited patiently for their turn to
meet Santa and even he commented on
the good manners of his little visitors.
As the sun was setting, it was time for
