the annual festive show to start. Gaye
Cawood Realty, who was the sponsor for
both these events, decorated the area
beautifully and went to so much effort
for our community. There were beautiful
fairy lights all over the tent to remind
us of the magic of this time of the year.
Hundreds of helium balloons with long
strings were hanging from the roof of the
tent and the children had a ball catching
them and tying them to their arms!

The first performer for the evening was
our very own Robbie Hurley who kicked
off the show with Jingle Bell Rock! The
professional artists for the evening were
Just Mia, who has an incredible voice
and a very vibrant personality, and Will
Rayz, a South Africa’s Got Talent finalist
with a unique style and lovely smooth
voice. Kieran Woolmington, our MC
for the evening, is a world-known lead
guitarist on electric guitar and played in
the Queen, We Will Rock You show that
toured the globe. More recently, he was
also in the Jonathan Roxmouth show.
Between their sets, we were treated to
the beautiful voices of sisters Jess and
Tash Robus. Jess first performed at a
Carols event about seven years ago when
she absolutely stunned the crowd with
her voice. Nothing has changed over the
years apart from the fact that her little
sister could now join her on stage and
entertain us as well.

As a community, we are truly thankful
to Gaye, Chloë, Sue, and the team from
Gaye Cawood Realty for sponsoring this
fantastic day for young and old to enjoy!
