Monthly Draw is a highly anticipated
event, and the August one did not
Cdisappoint – especially with a cash
prize of R9 000 up for grabs. Unsurprisingly,
the restaurant was jam-packed. As the
weather warms up, we will see our lawn
benches filling up as well, so remember to
book early for the next monthly draw!

At 7pm we commenced with the draw
and began doing the kiddies’ draw. Joshua
Graham was the winner of the H&M voucher
to spend on the latest fashions. The two
runner-up prizes were won by a delighted
Leigh-Anne Bowen and Lara Baldassarri –
congratulations!

All homeowners in good standing are entered
into the draw for the cash prize (kitty). But if
your name is drawn, you (or a legal spouse)
have to be present to claim the prize. At the
August monthly draw, the would-be winner
was not present, so the kitty rolled over and
has increased to R10 500 for September.

We’ll bet that every seat will be filled for the
guaranteed draw.
