at the last Monthly Draw for 2023!

21, R8,500 was in the cash kitty, and there
were fantastic lucky draw prizes for anyone
in attendance.
The mood was already festive due
to the holidays, great live music, and
everyone getting ready for their holidays.
The evening just got better when the
following lucky draw prizes were won!
Kids Prize – Ethan Dyke
Runner Up – Bronwyn Rodrigues
First Prize – Lindsay Parry
Then, it was time for the big one! The
homeowner’s draw is done on your
property stand number, so all owners in
good standing are entered automatically.
The only catch is that you must attend
when your name is drawn! To everyone’s
surprise, Leigh-Anne Sinclair was there
to claim her and Graham’s generous
December windfall of R8,500!
