MONTHLY DRAW

Friday, 26 January

lready, our memories of the December holidays are
fading, but to lift our January spirits, the Century 21
Monthly Draw was held on the 26 January with a kitty of
AR1,500 to be won!

The Gardens Bistro ensured that we had excellent live music
and every reason to enjoy the evening. When 7pm arrived, there
were many very excited children waiting for the chance to help
with the draw (and hoping to win the kiddies’ draw!)

Rhys Davies won the kiddies’ draw and we have no doubt that
the voucher has been spent by now! The first lucky draw prize
was won by Mandy Scrutton, and the second one was won by
Si Foot. With all homeowners in good standing automatically
eligible for the cash prize draw, the tension was palpable as the
page and streets in the running were announced.

The would-be winner was not present at the Monthly Draw and
so the kitty rolls over and goes up by R1,500. This means that our
February Monthly Draw will be R3,000 and is bound to be fully
booked, so be sure to book a table early for this popular event
sponsored by Century 21.
