A magical end to the estate’s
event calendar

nding off the estate’s event calendar,
Carols in the Park was held at the
Phase 1 Park. With families bringing
Ecamping chairs, picnic blankets and
baskets, there was a decidedly family and
community feel to last year’s Carols.

Along with The Gardens Bistro kiosk, we
had the Has Bean Coffee and Pancake
Pantry food trucks, all of which served to
satiate our hunger and provide sweet treats
to make the evening a little more special.
Bruce and Tammy brought the essential
ingredient for a Carols evening – fun and
festive music! David Parnell and the Chas
Everitt team had beautiful gifts for each
family, an unexpected bonus on the night!
As the evening drew to a close, Bruce and
Tammy gathered the children in front of the
family picnics, and with their LED candles
in hand, a magical time for our younger
residents ensued – singing, dancing,
and acting out the songs. The dedicated
Carols segment was interactive fun and
undoubtedly created great memories for
the children and their families. Standing
on the stage to sing and perform was the
highlight for many of our excited young
Carol singers, and parents joining in the
dancing was quite a sight!

We are thankful to Chas Everitt, our event
sponsor, and to every resident who joined
us in making this evening such fun. The
challenge is on for us to create an even
more enthralling Carols event in 2025 – so
watch this space!
