GIFT CARD HANDOVER

o many smiles! The Fourways
Gardens community has done it
again and provided our Security
Sand Landscaping Teams a morale
boost with their generous donations, and
sizable gift cards in turn.

Even before the official start of the campaign,
residents were eager to collect funds for this
initiative, and as the cutoff approached,
members of our community championed
this cause, reminding others to get their
donations in on time, showing how this is a
community initiative, through and through.

The many donations meant that our
Security and Landscaping team members
all received a gift card – those who have
been with us for a full year got a R1, 500 gift
card, with those joining us during the year
receiving a pro-rata gift card.

Every single staff member received a
gift card! Charlene, our Estate Manager
handed out the gift cards personally, and
this personal touch with an expression of
gratitude for their service and dedication
showed these team members that their
service to benefit the estate is truly
appreciated.

Let’s remember that we don’t have to wait
for Christmas to express our gratitude –
whenever you find a team member going
the extra mile, please send the HOA an email
so that we can convey your appreciation
and ensure that recognition is received for
a job well done!
