MONTHLY DRAW

o, you’re not imagining it. The months really are flying
by this fast! We held our second Monthly Draw of 2025
on Friday, 28 February, and had a lovely evening sitting
Noutdoors at the veranda, terrace, and riverside tables.
Jack Atlantic was the musician for the evening, and in addition
to keeping us entertained, he brought additional visibility to our
estate through his social media presence.

Red décor and napkins were everywhere, compliments of Kymn
Grant-Smith of Century 21 Fourways – a nod to Valentine’s on the
last day of the month of love. An impressive display of prizes to be
won was prominently placed. The lucky draw boxes were soon filled
with entries, and as 7pm approached, we had plenty of residents
walking in, hoping to be the lucky winner of the R8,000 kitty!

The winner of the kids’ voucher was Ashleigh Janssen, who was
genuinely pleased with this prize. The lucky draw hampers were
won by Andrea Antel and Milan Nedic, although Milan’s prize was
accepted by his wife, Vanessa Nedic, as he’d gone to fetch a jersey
on her behalf.

Cash prize hopefuls held their breath as we started the draw for
the cash prize, and the would-be winner was not present, meaning
another rollover! The March Monthly Draw will be R9,500, so if you
want to stand a chance to win, ensure that you are a homeowner
who is present at the draw (or your legal spouse) and that you’re in
good standing with the HOA.
