CLASSICS CLUB EVERGREEN BRUNCH

Friday, 7 February

e had such a special morning, sponsored by
Evergreen Lifestyle Retirement Estate. Annelize kindly
reminded us about their Wednesday dinner social
Wand sleepover, which is open to anyone wanting to
experience the estate and its services.

They sponsored a delicious harvest table brunch, which was a real
treat and a perfect way to start the weekend! A big thank you to
Evergreen for their very generous donation, and of course, to Belinda
and The Gardens Bistro team for preparing such a fantastic feast!

We are also planning an outing to Alettes Rusks on 11 April, leaving
the estate at 10am – it’s sure to be a fun morning out! Our next
meeting will be on 4 April at 10am, and the May meeting will be on
2 May. Everyone is welcome to join.

A reminder about the “Weekly Wiggles & Giggles” movement class,
which takes place every Monday and Friday. This is a fun and simple
movement class run by our members, featuring great old music.
You can participate at your own pace, doing as much or as little as
you want. Feel free to contact me for more information.

Our beautiful flowers were kindly sponsored by Taniel from Merci
Flowers and were won by Joy Butler - though not before the
resident cat decided to check out the packaging for a nap!

We had over 30 members join this month, which was amazing,
and I’m thrilled to see our group growing! Thank you so much to
everyone for your continued support. Lots of laughs, great food,
meeting new people, and trying out new experiences with new
friends - that’s what life is all about!
