ell, who says Friday the 13th is
unlucky? We had an absolutely
lovely morning together – such
Wa good turnout, and what a
treat to be nestled by the fireplace in the main
restaurant. A big thank you to Belinda and her
fabulous team for making the space available
to us at the last minute – it really added to the
cosy atmosphere!

The gorgeous flowers from Merci Flowers went
to Debbie this time – well done! They were
so beautiful, I was tempted to enter the draw
myself! Thank you, Taniel, for always spoiling us!

A quick reminder about our upcoming
outing to the Wits Digital Dome on
Friday, 22 August – we’ll be leaving from
the Clubhouse at 10am. If you’d still like to
join but haven’t let me know, please get in
touch soonest. I think it’s going to be a real
treat – and the best part is we don’t have to
brave the drive ourselves!

If there’s something you’ve been wanting to
do or see, but feel you need a few friends to
make it more fun, please pop me a message.
I’m always happy to put the word out to the
group – we’ve got such a lovely network,
and I’m sure there’ll be a few takers. Also, if
anything is happening that you think might
interest others, let me know – it’s amazing
what comes up when you start chatting to
people. There’s so much happening out there!

group that keeps everyone in the loop
about brunches, outings, and general
Classics chit-chat – let me know if you’d like
to be added. We’d love to have you with us!
