We want to thank all members who continue to pay their monthly levies so diligently. Amidst the COVID-19 lockdown, Winny Boshoff
members are paying, and many members who fell behind in May settled all outstanding levies. We maintained our debtors
book from May to June 2020 with only a 1,1% increase. Last month there was some movement in the number of accounts Visit an MTN store
outstanding, but it’s not concerning as yet. The number of accounts owing more then 3 months increased from 18 to 20;
60 days - 26 to 29; 30 days - 51 to 53. Account Ability and the Estate Management are continuously driving collections to
ensure adequate cash flow to fulfil the HOA obligations. We reached settlement with one of our > R200 000 accounts, and
received the first payment in July. We’re good together
