We want to thank all members who continue to pay their monthly levies so diligently. We were able again to reduce the IFV Accounts:
net amount due by the members by a further 0,5%. This unfortunately excludes the three members owing the HOA the Winny Boshoff
amount of R1 011 767. Last month there was some movement in the number of accounts outstanding, but all in the
right direction. The number of accounts owing more than 3 months reduced further from 20 to 16; 60 days increased
from 22 to 24; 30 days reduced from 54 to 40. Account Ability and the Estate Management are continuously driving
collections to ensure adequate cash flow to fulfil the HOA obligations.
