• People living on the property.
the Board of directors and the security
sub-committee would like to thank all
the residents who donated towards the
security and Garden service personnel
Xmas collection. the funds were evenly
distributed and handed out to the
personnel during the Xmas season. it
was observed that the donations had a
noticeable impact on the lives of these
workers. the personnel expressed their
gratitude to the residents.
the home Owners association is
still very much aware of the COVid-19
dangers. hence, the Estate Management
must always comply with the COVid
Regulations. all visitors to the Estate
Office are urged to wear masks, obey
social distancing, sanitise and sign in.
the security personnel are still under
instruction to comply with the same
regulations.
this article will not be complete
without a request to all our residents
to comply with the traffic rules of the
estate:
• keep to the 40km/h speed limit
• stop at the stop signs
• be on the lookout for children in the
street
• be patient.
