The security officers have been issued
with new uniforms by Bidvest Protea
Coin.
The Lyttleton Sector 3 Community
Police Forum (CPF) remains the main
co-ordinator of all the security activities
in and around Irene and Pierre van
Ryneveld. The Joint Operational Centre,
commonly referred to as the JOC, is the
heartbeat of the Sector 3 CPF and is
manned 24/7 next to the TOTAL garage
– the contact number is 079 528 1630.
Residents are reminded of the
following registrations that need to be
done by Monday, 31 January 2022:
• Household workers (domestic,
gardeners, au-pairs, drivers, child-
sitters). If these workers are not re-
registered by 31 January, their biometric
(fingerprint) access will be suspended
until they are registered.
• All other service providers, amongst
other things – garden services, cleaning
services and doggy parlours – are also collared with the prescribed tag fixed to their collar. Only
required to register by that date. two dogs and two cats are allowed per household (stand).
Failure to comply could lead to penalties.
Looking ahead at 2022, the Estate Management will be
focusing on the following goals:
• To ensure that the Security Personnel are always focused on
their tasks with follow-up training
• Traffic lawfulness
• Cashless office
• Development of a mountain bike trail for children and adults
• To maintain the landscaping of the parks and access gates in
a beautiful condition throughout the year
• To ensure that all service level agreements are executed to
The annual registration fee of R50,00 per worker per stand the highest standards
will again be charged. This year, the Estate Management will
issue a pink card to each household worker who is registered.
The workers are requested to always carry this card with them.
Should their fingerprints not work at the biometric reader,
they will gain access to the estate using the card.
• Residents who are using the HOA’s post office are reminded to
renew the annual post office subscription. The subscription
fee remains at R250,00 for the year. The fee can be paid
directly into the HOA’s account (with reference – Post Office)
or at the Estate Office at the South Gate.
Residents must update their own personal information by
using the ‘Residents’ Update’ forms that were circulated at the
beginning of January 2022.
Residents are reminded to ensure that all of their pets
are registered with the Estate Office and that the pets are
