Estate News
Please ensure that your household
workers are registered in time. We
appeal to all residents to assist the office
in this matter by ensuring that your
household workers are properly and
timeously registered.
DOG PARK
Residents are kindly requested to contact
the Estate Manager if you would like to
become part of the sub-committee that
will investigate the feasibility of creating
a Dog Park in the Estate.
The purpose of the Dog Park is to
create an area where residents can take
their dogs to run around off-leash.
HOLIDAY IN THE ESTATE Photo by Sebastian Frohlich
As we are entering the yearly holiday
season, I kindly want to draw the
attention of residents to the following
matters that usually become issues
during a holiday season:
1. Pets
Kindly ensure that, should you go away
during the holidays, your pets are cared
for.
2. Parties and parking
Kindly inform the Estate Manager should
you be having a party that involves
friends and family, and you need more
parking around your stand. Permission
will be granted for your friends and
family to park on the sidewalk around
your stand, but we urge you to be
considerate of your neighbours.
3. Parties and music
The rule in the Estate is that, at all times,
the volume of the music in the Estate
must be at a level that will not cause an
irritation to neighbours. The best advice
is that you contact your neighbours
should you be planning a party and
inform them of the date, time and
arrangements.
The rule further indicates that the
music shall cease completely at 22:00
from Sundays through to Thursdays and
at midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
