FROM THE ESTATE MANAGER
ESTATE NEWS
‘Food Truck Friday’ in October. This
initiative was extremely well supported
– far more than we anticipated – and
plans are in place to make this a
monthly event.
Halloween Trick or Treat saw the estate
streets alive with ghosts, fairies and
witches. It was so lovely to see the
children out and about in the estate
after all this time.
A group of residents arranged a Diwali
festival in the main park for their fellow
residents to enjoy. While we cannot
host a big event at the moment, we are
crossing fingers that this will change
next year.
We were proud to offer residents the
opportunity to get a flu vaccine in March
as well as hosting a COVID vaccination
drive at the clubhouse in August. We
Gate house lighting at night also continue to support the National
Blood Service by hosting blood drives at
the clubhouse every two months.
None of these things would be possible
without the hard work and dedication
shown by the Estate Office Team! Each
and every one of the staff go the extra
mile to ensure that the estate meets
the changing needs of the community
we serve. I am humbled by the efforts
of every member in their endeavours to
accomplish every task and challenge
with good humour and a ‘can do’
attitude. Thank you Team!!!
On behalf of Jaco, Melody, Thomas,
Michelle, Victoria, Lindani, Moses,
Lassy, Ronald, Jerry, Michael, Justice,
Simon and myself, we would like to wish
you a peaceful Festive Season, filled
with love, laughter and joy.
May 2022 bring health, prosperity and
success to us all.
Warm regards
Heather Bowes
