the electrical conduits and removing
the last 20 years’ worth of redundant
wiring and cabling; squaring off all the
columns and blocking in the I-beams;
introducing new lighting; and adding
in a bulkhead over the entrance and
exit lanes. Faux wood cladding and
new signage were installed, and the
building has been painted in fresh,
new, modern colours. Going forward,
we will be painting all the estate
buildings in these same colours.

On the landscaping side, we have seen
vast improvement in our common
areas and general garden maintenance
in the estate with the introduction of
the Life Landscaping Team. Garden
beds around the estate have been
upgraded with succulents and water-
wise planting, with careful attention
being given to ensure colour and
texture variations. We also launched
two environmental rehabilitation
projects.
