W i ne Staff Matters
Wine
This year, the Estate focused on
val
Festi
Festival staff development, with the KEHOA
investing in staff by growing their
skills and adding value to the work
they do. This not only helps them as
individuals but benefits the estate
as well. To date, Ronald from the
maintenance team has completed a
welding course, Justice and Michael
have both done a brick laying course
and Jerry is currently in the process
of completing a plumbing course.
Jade Harris has obtained her des-
ignation as Certified Manager of
Community Associations and has
also completed a financial manage-
ment course through the Community
Associations Institute.
Security staff were treated to a din-
ner to thank them for their tireless
efforts in keeping the estate and its
residents safe.
Reminder to
Residents
Residents are reminded to please
not feed bread to the ducks on the
Estate as it does not contain the
right nutrition or calories they need
to survive. It also pollutes the water
and causes surface algae, which
kills fish and causes disease.
Best wishes for the festive season,
and a prosperous 2024 to you all!
Warm Regards - The KEHOA Team
