TILE DESCRIPTIONS

My profile View and edit your GLO-ID profile along with your community profile. You can add pets
and vehicles and link those with your community.

Whenever you edit any information on your profile, your community will receive the
updates automatically.

Communication centre View all the communication sent from the system and Silver Lakes HOA messages
under the ‘All Notifications’ tile.

Under the “Channels” heading you will find different channels according to your
relationship with the community. If for instance, you live in the estate, you’ll have a
“Residents” channel with relevant communication.

Emergency You can trigger an emergency button and your emergency contacts, as well as the
control room, will be instantly notified via SMS, email and push notification.

My connections Add your friends and family as connections or if they haven’t downloaded the app and
created their own account yet, you can invite them to do so.
