                                                                              The  outdoor  environment  is  beautiful  and
                                                                              stimulating,  so  you’re  less  likely  to  get  bored
                                                                              and may even want to exercise for longer. You
                                                                              wouldn’t  want  to  be  in  the  gym  all  the  time
                                                                              when  it’s  sunny,  would  you?  And  if  the  wind

                                                                              their slimmer counterparts. In addition, vitamin D
                                                                              has been proven to lower your risk of contracting
                                                                              certain cancers, including breast cancer.

                                                                              of scenery and more variety in terms of your
