GARDEN WINNER OF THE MONTH

Congratulations to our April Garden winner, Mr. Marc van Pelt of 49 Sawgrass Avenue.

The garden selected for this month’s garden of the month, is a sight to behold. The contrasting wooden doors of the beautiful house are
framed by a garden that is both beautiful and inviting. The garden is adorned with an array of stunning cycads, which add a unique touch of
greenery to the garden. But it’s the tall Aloidendron barberaes (tree aloes) that add height to the garden and really steal the show.
The garden is further enhanced by neatly trimmed Duranta hedges that add a bright green hue, creating a stunning contrast against the
light brown pathway that leads to the door. There are some roses and agapanthus, although not in season, have been selectively placed to
add a splash of colour to the garden in early summer.
The attention to detail is evident in every corner of the garden, from the placement of the plants to the colour scheme used. It is evident
that this garden is not just a space but a reflection of the owner’s personality, and the time and effort put into its creation are well worth it.
