Road rejuvenation project shows promising results
Another noteworthy improvement is the ongoing road rejuvenation
project being undertaken by the SLHOA staff. The project, which
involves surface treatment and sealing to extend the life of our
roads, is progressing very well. Early results have been highly
encouraging, with visibly smoother surfaces and improved
durability. This proactive maintenance effort helps prevent costly
future repairs and enhances safety and comfort for all who travel
through our neighbourhood.
Dam clearing efforts begin
In another effort to maintain our natural spaces, our newly acquired
aquatic vegetation machine has begun clearing invasive hornwort
from the dam in front of the clubhouse, near the 9th hole tee box.
This effort will help to restore the health and aesthetics of the water
feature, ensuring that it remains a focal point of beauty for residents
and visitors alike.
