of feral cats at private residences
as it contributes to the growth and
permanence of feral colonies within the
estate.
Residents who encounter stray or feral
cats are encouraged to report sightings
through the appropriate estate channels
so that the matter can be addressed in a
coordinated and responsible way.

Estate procedure
Silver Lakes estate will attempt to capture
stray cats or feral cats/kittens found in
communal areas and transfer them to an
animal shelter. The SLHOA does not have
facilities to house or shelter stray or feral
cats.
Residents, children and staff should
not attempt to catch stray or feral cats
as they are wild and may cause injury.
Professional assistance should always be
requested.
