Two new spots for the
foodies
The Protea restaurant, named after our
national flower and the double‐volume
protea artwork on the eatery’s wall,
offers guests an extensive breakfast
selection, as well as a sophisticated
and contemporary menu for lunch
and dinner, guaranteed to delight the
taste buds while catering to diners’
dietary needs. The Highline restaurant
on the ninth floor has food as good
as the views. This vibrant space offers
gourmet appetisers and light meals
for lunch and dinner, with diners able
to choose from a range of nibbles, hot
and cold tapas, pizzas, and dessert, or
order several dishes as sharing plates
for the table. The hotel also offers room
service and caters for events in the
meeting rooms, and more intimate
gatherings in the Club Lounge.
Work while you play
Taking some time off doesn’t
necessarily mean you can’t squeeze in
a little work. If you need to work while
you play, the hotel has everything you
need. From collaborative workspaces,
where you can get your creative
juices flowing in a socially distanced
environment, to an elegant boardroom
which accommodates six people for
your business meetings. Photocopy
