On the residential side, the Crystal
Lagoon and about 988 units at
Balwin’s Munyaka lifestyle estate have
been completed, ready for an official
launch next year. Around 1 270 units
have been completed in the Kikuyu
development, which has since sold
out, and crucially for parents, the
LittleHill Montessori Preschool has
been operating there since July 2021.
Another LittleHill Montessori Preschool
opened in January this year at The
Polofields lifestyle estate, where an
additional 54 apartments should be
reaching completion soon.
The eye-catching Ellipse Waterfall
luxury apartment complex has also
expanded in 2022. Upon completion,
the four towers of Ellipse will house
598 luxury apartments. Of these,
271 units have been completed in the
first two towers, with 183 currently
