                                                              by cardiothoracic surgeons Dr Schürmann and Dr Martin
                                                              Myburgh of the Maboneng Heart and Lung Institute, paediatric
                                                              cardiologist Dr Janine Meares, who practices at Netcare
                                                              Sunninghill Hospital, and anaesthetist Dr Krishnee Naidoo.
