A Word from our Chairman

Dear Members

I trust that you are all keeping well and enjoying the warmer days.
I would like to make a special request to all those members who
have not voted with regard to the amended Constitution to please
cast your votes as soon as possible. Jacques and Judy are more than
willing to assist you with the voting process to ensure it does not
take you more than a few minutes. We have had a great response
from the members with 155 votes having been received which are in
favour of the adoption of the updated Constitution and 4 votes have
been received which are not in support thereof. As I have indicated
previously, significant time, effort and cost has been incurred in
updating the Constitution which is not only required to comply with
the CSOS Act but enhances member protection into the future.

I want to remind members and especially those members
with significant arrear levy accounts of the recently circulated
communication that we are in the final stages of preparing for the
disposal of certain levy accounts to Stratafin to ensure that the cash
flow and financial position of the estate is not further impacted by
arrear levy accounts where the members are not willing to settle the
accounts or enter into appropriate repayment arrangements.
