A Word from our Chairman

Dear Residents

We recently held the Annual General Meeting at which
the annual financial statements for the year ended 28
February 2022 were approved and the trustees for the
next year were elected. I would like to congratulate and
welcome Ian Gilley who was voted in as a trustee at the
AGM and he will join the existing Board, namely Darren
Shipp, Terry Killops, Pieter Bezuidenhout, David Mpofu
and myself who were elected to serve another term.
The focus of the Board and Estate management over
the next year will be on the replacement of elements of
our security infrastructure which is aged and enhancing
certain security processes following the third party
security review undertaken recently which confirmed
our security systems to be of a good standard whilst
suggesting certain improvements and enhancements.

I would like to wish all those students and scholars
studying for exams the best of luck. Take care and keep
warm.
