In the prep school, we work with a team of highly skilled educational specialists. They
work together to ensure the curriculum and approach are relevant to the learners’ social,
emotional, and academic needs (SEL) and that our academic programmes and marking are
progressive. SEL is a cornerstone of our approach in the college, and grade tutors ensure that
each child is heard, seen, and mentored along their school journey.

‘Heart’ and ‘excellence’ are not mutually exclusive. While much of our approach to schooling
is heart-led and relational, this can often be misconstrued as not being focused on results
and the end goal. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Because of the staff members
profund commitment to intentionality, meaningful learning, and our heart-led approach, HeronBridge College is a Curro Select School
