Recently, the Zafira MPV returned as a 7- or
8-seater bus and now the third generation
Mokka is a striking coupe/SUV instead of the
previous, rather bland, B-segment SUV.
It may all sound somewhat confusing,
but there’s no doubt that the new Mokka
is a stylish and extremely well-equipped
vehicle. This is especially notable with the
two-tone black roof that’s standard on the
upper spec GS model.
The 2 models in the line-up are both
powered by the very familiar 1.2l 3-cylinder
turbopetrol engine shared with numerous
other Stellantis models. The 96kW and
230Nm to the front wheels are coupled to
an 8-speed automatic transmission unique
to Opel at this stage. This combination,
together with the sporty ride and handling
as always featured on Opel models, creates
a vehicle that enjoys being driven with a
