Keeping of pets
Pet owners are reminded to look after
their animals and to make alternative
arrangements when they are not around,
as this will result in a pet found roaming in
the estate and the pets might be removed
without the owner’s knowledge.
Please note that every pet must be registered
with the HOA and needs to wear a collar with
a tag indicating the name, telephone number
and stand number of its owner, OR should
be taken to your vet for microchipping.
Stray pets without identification tags will be
handed to the municipal pound or SPCA.
Participative management by
homeowners/residents towards
security functions
It is evident that there are some residents
who are impatient with security protocols
and become combative when security is
enforcing estate rules; this is abusive towards
security personnel. We urge residents to
please respect and value security’s functions
as we need their services to protect our
properties/assets. Residents’ conduct towards
security could lead to poor performance from
the security staff.

It has been brought to our attention that
there are residents who are bypassing the
estate access control procedures by driving
through the gates with undocumented
workers. Please take note that this is a serious
breach of estate access control security
protocols. By not complying with access
control protocols, we are promoting a non-
free security environment, and this could lead
to a serious security risk. Access to the estate
is only by means of the wave system, codes
and phone calls.
We urge residents to please refrain from
compromising the access control procedures
and I encourage them to call the control

immediate response. BV
