Dear residents,
The safety of all persons utilising the golf course is of utmost importance. To this end, the owners have erected
various signs on the golf course explaining the golf course rules. All residents and employees are encouraged to read
and observe these rules.
The owners of the golf course wish to inform residents that the golf course is predominantly for the sport of golf
which is played during daylight hours. Accordingly, golfers always have the right of way on the golf course.
Residents can enjoy the scenery of the golf course, but they are not supposed to carry out any activities on the golf
course itself.
Residents are welcome to use the golf cart pathways surrounding the golf course before and after the
advertised hours for play (6:00 am to 6:00 pm daily).
However, the use of the golf cart pathways during playing hours is not encouraged for your own safety.
Residents must be aware of the extreme danger of being struck by a golf ball. These are projectiles that
travel at high speed and are often not seen. They can cause serious injury or even death.
Please adhere to the above for your own safety and well-being.
Thank you, on behalf of the owners of the golf course and the BVHOA management.
