BVHOA INFORMATION
AND FEEDBACK SESSION
The BVHOA held an information session for
residents on 10 February 2022.
Residents could join via Zoom.
Feedback on the session is outlined below:
Safest, Secure with BOARD STRATEGY
The Board strategy is focused on three strategic actions:
Distinguishable • Estate Management leadership and resourcing (capacity)
VISION Lifestyle • Service-level specifications and outputs, and procurement
• Professionals, specialists and preferred service providers
In terms of service delivery, the Board is focusing on Security, Infrastructure, Aesthetics,
Environmental, Health and Safety.
INFRASTRUCTURE PORTFOLIO
Deliver uninterrupted • Focusing on the existing infrastructure and services on the estate, having an impact on
the daily living of members/residents
& sustainable services
MISSION that meet Homeowners • Municipal services • Roads and traffic management
needs Street lights Speed humps
Maintenance of roads Speed cameras
Road marking
Electrical boxes, transformers, etc.
Waste management (refuse removal)
Environmental management
(underground water)
• Undertaking planning to identify and prioritise key projects that will address the needs
VALUES of the estate and ensure that Blue Valley Golf and Country Estate is comparable with
upmarket estates in South Africa. Most of these projects will be implemented over a
number of years.
o Haddington Gate
The development of the gate is a critical requirement on the estate. The feasibility, detail
design, contributions by the developer, etc. are to be finalised with stakeholders.
o Infrastructure asset management system generator/managed.
