                                                        AND FEEDBACK SESSION



                                                           The BVHOA held an information session for
                                                                  residents on 10 February 2022.
                                                                  Residents could join via Zoom.


                                                           Feedback on the session is outlined below:

                                                       In terms of service delivery, the Board is focusing on Security, Infrastructure, Aesthetics,
                                                       Environmental, Health and Safety.

                           Deliver uninterrupted       •  Focusing on the existing infrastructure and services on the estate, having an impact on
                                                        the daily living of members/residents

                                                       •  Undertaking planning to identify and prioritise key projects that will address the needs
            VALUES                                      of the estate and ensure that Blue Valley Golf and Country Estate is comparable with
                                                        upmarket estates in South Africa. Most of these projects will be implemented over a
                                                        number of years.
                                                       o Haddington Gate
                                                       The development of the gate is a critical requirement on the estate. The feasibility, detail
                                                       design, contributions by the developer, etc. are to be finalised with stakeholders.
                                                       o  Infrastructure asset management system generator/managed.
