       Calisthenics is a dynamic form of exercise that uses body weight as
       resistance to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. With origins in
       ancient Greek and Roman training methods, calisthenics has evolved into
       a modern fitness discipline. It requires minimal equipment and focuses on

       mastering movements like push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats, and planks.
