measure the property. We are noticing a number of
discrepancies. Most buyers are requesting a copy of the plans
and, I do think that it is a good idea to get your house in order
prior to selling. Request the plans from Council and have them
ready for the agents when they come to list. Some properties
have additions or amendments that are not on the Council
plans. This needs urgent attention to rectify. You need to get an
architect to draw “as built” plans and submit them through the
