project over the finish line!

So, to my fellow Board team, Andrea who
‘just marked up’ the initial plan overnight
despite being on a major deadline at
work, David who has helped with all the
contracts, Andrew who was always there
to release an ‘emergency payment’ and
make a plan, Richard with his practical
advice and ideas, Ryan who took the
time to be there every day to help make
decisions and quality control – thank you!

A massive thank you to Rudy, our new
operations manager who started with
this as his first project on Day 1 and just
proceeded to get stuck in.

To the previous Board, thank you for
handing over a functional business. Your
stewardship of this estate in very tough
times also made this refurb possible.
Special thanks must go to Russel, who got
called back into service to help. We could
not have completed the project without
his contacts, pulling in favours, advice,
and leadership.

To the residents’ panel, who helped select
our operators – Mike Love, Colleen Challis,
Lucinda Waller, Russell Geraghty, Sharon
Schwellnus, Stacey Roper and John Reilly
– thank you for caring passionately for
our estate and giving of your time, we
hope we have done you proud.

But most of all to Mike and Belinda, our
new partners, we welcome you, we thank
you for your investment in our estate, and
we know our partnership is going to be
awesome!
