MONTHLY DRAW
Friday, 27 October
he guaranteed draw in September did not take away the appeal
of the October draw and the R7 000 kitty was indeed a draw
card to bring many hopeful residents to The Gardens Bistro
Tfor the Century 21 Monthly Draw! The Century 21 team, led
by Anne Copley, were also decked out in pink in recognition of Breast
Cancer Awareness Month, and had gifts with pamphlets for the ladies in
attendance.
Although the clubhouse lawn was set-up for the World Cup Rugby Final
the next day, all the benches and tables at The Terrace were full, as were
the seats in the restaurant. With much excitement, the lucky draws were
held at 7pm and the first prize to be won was the kiddies’ voucher, by
Ethan Dike. Ryan Horsman won the first runner-up lucky draw prize, and
the other was won by a guest (who we hope is looking for properties in
Fourways Gardens now that they’ve had a sample of the benefits of living
in our beautiful estate!)
The draw for the Century 21 kitty is always highly anticipated and the
draw for R7 000 landed on an eligible homeowner in good standing, but
as they were not present at the draw, the kitty rolls over and there is an
even more appealing R8 500 to be won at the last monthly draw for 2023!
Thank you to The Gardens Bistro team and Century 21 Fourways (Sav,
Anne, Glenda, and Lalian) for ensuring this is a not-to-be-missed event.
