he final Century 21 Monthly Draw
was guaranteed with R10,500
up for grabs! Often, when there’s
Tbeen a guaranteed draw, the
whole kitty is won on the first draw, but not
this time! With a full restaurant, veranda,
and excellent weather for the tables along
the river and at the Terrace to enjoy being
outdoors, this was arguably our best-
attended draw of 2024.

While we anxiously waited for the 7pm
draw, the Century 21 team scurried back
and forth, dropping off and collecting
lucky draw entries. The Gardens Bistro
team ensured a great atmosphere, with live
music and plenty of refreshing drinks on the
tables! At 7pm, we started with a voucher
won in the ever-popular children’s draw,
followed by the two lucky draw hampers,
and then we were on to the main event –
the draw for the kitty!

Our first draw would-be winner of R10,500
was not present, so we drew for a second
time, for R7,500, and this would-be winner
was also not in attendance. Our third cash
draw winner, Matthew Pawley, was in
attendance and arrived to collect the prize
with the youngest member of the Pawley
clan in his arms – congratulations on the
win!!

Our first draw for 2025 will start with the
balance of the kitty (R5,000) with the R1,500
increase, to a total of R6,500 to be won by
any homeowner in good standing and
present at the draw.

Be sure to book a table to enjoy live music,
superb food and stand the chance to win a
lucky draw hamper or maybe even the cash
kitty!
