MOVING WITHIN THE ESTATE –
RE-REGISTRATION AT THE ESTATE OFFICE
It has come to our notice that there are residents who
are selling their homes and moving to other houses
in the estate, for example, selling their house at Stand
1000 and moving to Stand 1001, but at the same time
the resident of Stand 1001 is moving to Stand 1002.
The result of the above is that, when the new
owners of Stand 1001 come to the Estate Office to
register at Stand 1001, the previous owners of Stand
1001 are removed from the i-Neighbour system, even
though they are still owners in the estate. This results
in the previous owners, now the new owners of Stand
1002, being unable to send codes to their visitors.
Residents are kindly requested – when they sell
their home and buy a new home in the estate – to
come to the Estate Office to notify us of the changes
of ownership and ensure that all parties concerned
re-register with the details of their new stand.
