RULES IN THE ESTATE
As I drive through the estate, I notice that
there are a few of the basic rules of the
estate that residents are not adhering to.
For the next few months, we will publish
the rules that we see are not being
adhered to during the previous month.
We kindly request residents to adhere
to the rules and regulations, as they
are there to preserve the high-quality
lifestyle of all the members of the estate.
The rule that this month we have found
needs to be addressed is:
Rule 4.5.4.1 - No light commercial,
commercial and/or recreational vehicles,
trailers, boats, caravans or trucks of any
kind shall be parked on a stand, unless in be parked on the lawn of a member’s running of the household of a member,
