               n the first installment of our
               exploration  into  the  life  and  work
            Iof Bernie van der Vyver, we traced
            the origins of his love for art and nature
            from his childhood spent in Bethal,
            South Africa.  We learned how his
            passion, fused with the strength and
            longevity of bronze, enabled him to
            craft masterpieces that echo the spirit
            of the African wilderness. Now, we delve   making art?  What were the
